Welcome — I’m Kriti
Hi there! I’m Kriti, a certified nutrition and health coach specializing in women’s hormonal health. I trained at IINH in Ireland and have dedicated my career to helping women feel energized, balanced, and confident in their bodies.
My journey into health coaching began with my own experience navigating hormonal imbalances. I realized firsthand that sustainable wellness begins at the root—not just by treating symptoms. That insight inspired me to help other women reclaim their health through practical, holistic strategies.
I combine evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and mindset support to create personalized plans that work for real life. From boosting energy and improving digestion to restoring hormone balance and confidence, my mission is to guide women step by step toward long-lasting wellbeing.
